Psychedelics Assisted Therapy
First and foremost, I do not advocate the use of illicit substances. Psychedelic coaching sessions are conducted as coaching, not psychotherapy. The information on this page is strictly for harm reduction purposes and guidance for those who who inted to take part, or took part in clinical trials or legal ceremonies in countries where it is accessable.
Preparation coaching

As a psychedelic coach, my aim is to provide you with guidance on the preparation process for a psychedelic ceremony, taking into account the most current understanding and evidence available.
Preparing for a psychedelic ceremony involves several important aspects, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual readiness. Let's explore these areas in more detail.
Physically, it is advisable to make certain adjustments to your diet and lifestyle prior to the psychedelic experience. While there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach, it is generally recommended to adopt a clean and healthy diet, avoiding heavy or processed foods. Emphasizing fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and reducing or eliminating caffeine can create a more receptive state for the upcoming journey.
Mental and emotional preparation is crucial for optimizing the therapeutic outcomes of a psychedelic journey. Setting clear intentions before embarking on the journey has been found to enhance the overall experience. Engaging in practices such as meditation, mindfulness, or breathwork in the days or weeks leading up to the ceremony can cultivate a state of presence, self-awareness, and openness, which can positively influence the psychedelic journey.
In addition to personal practices, seeking support from a therapist, counselor, or coach who is knowledgeable about psychedelics can be invaluable. These professionals can provide a safe space for exploring and resolving any underlying psychological issues that may arise during the experience. Integration therapy, where individuals work with a therapist to process and integrate their psychedelic experiences into their daily lives, has shown to improve mental health outcomes and facilitate lasting positive changes.
Spiritual preparation is often overlooked, yet it plays a crucial role in the psychedelic preparation process. A psychedelic journey can be one of the most spiritually significant life events, with lasting impacts on one's perception of reality, self-identity, and connection to the world. Engaging in discussions about personal beliefs, the nature of consciousness, and the meaning of life can deepen the understanding and integration of the experience. Practicing spiritual activities such as meditation, prayer, or connecting with nature can also enhance the transformative and mystical aspects of the psychedelic journey.
Prior to undertaking a psychedelic journey, it is essential to consult with a healthcare professional, particularly if you are currently taking medications. Certain medications can interact with psychedelic substances, so obtaining guidance and consent from your doctor is crucial to ensure your safety and make informed decisions about adjusting your medication regimen.
By focusing on comprehensive preparation encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects, individuals can create a solid foundation for a safe and transformative psychedelic experience.

Integration Coaching
Psychedelic integration is the process of assimilating the insights and wisdom acquired from a psychedelic experience into one's daily life. This process is highly individualized and can vary from one journey to another. Regardless of the nature of the psychedelic encounter—whether challenging or joyful—it can be reflected upon during integration coaching to enhance healing potential and alleviate confusion or existential angst.
Similar to preparation, the integration process may encompass physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. Numerous methods and practices support integration, such as reviewing notes or voice recordings from the journey, discussing it with a sitter, coach, or supportive friend, spending solitary time in nature, and journaling. Some individuals may opt to participate in psychedelic integration circles. Integration coaching employs a non-directive approach to conversation, fostering an environment where individuals can openly share their experiences without fear of judgment and derive meaning from even the most bewildering encounters.
Furthermore, I advocate for incorporating the body into the integration process. Engaging in activities like dance, yoga, singing, running, forest bathing, using a flotation tank, practicing breathwork, and trusting the body's innate healing intelligence can facilitate integration.
